Here's one way to do this for OPML, that I've just
tried: install Standalone's Notepad Converter. Save
your outline on the desktop as .txt, not .opml (in
Omni Outliner, use the text export, with tabs, not
fixed-width). Use Bluetooth File Exchange (or PC
equivalent, I'd guess!) / Blunt to transfer the file
to your Newton. Put it away as a regular Note. Use the
Converter to change the type to "Outline" or
"Checklist," as you wish. Works for me!
