[NTLK] NewtsCape treatment of bad HTML

NewtsCape treatment of bad HTML

Several web sites display crud at the top of a page. Thi sample nelow is from Yahoo News for mobile devices. The error is the exposed "body" definition in the HEAD section. I think NewtScape should not display this stuff. Wait for the BODY tag proper. Comments?
