[NTLK] Newton bluetooth exchange on Mac OS X

Hello,

just thought that some Mac users would find the following tip useful:

To send a text-file to a Newton from OS X,
just select that text-file wherever it is in the Finder
and click 'apple-shift-B'.

Using this keys combination will automatically run
the built-in Bluetooth Exchange Utility.

Once selected the name of your Newton on the list
of the available bluetooth devices, just click 'Send'.

At this point you will need only to tap 'Receive - OBEX'
from the Newton InBox to start receiving the text-file.

Same thing happens to install packages.
