yes, true, except:
- the iphone keyboard is far faster and smarter than our beloved newton hwr ever was, and
- there's no stylus to lose or scratch the glass with.
newt hwr is far cooler, but iphone keyboard is far more effective.
i used a newt for years and years, and don't own an iphone but was able to borrow one for a while last week. the keyboard is easy to get used to once you mentally let go and let it do the work.
