[NTLK] Quickest way to pull addresses into OSX address book

The time has finally come to sell off my 2100 and my 2000. Honestly, I
haven't used it in the last year, and don't see my self using it enough
anymore to keep it. I can use the money for other toys.

However, before I put them up, I want to pull the address book into OSX.
  I did a quick scan of the faq's, but didn't see anything there.

I've got an ethernet card in it, which is how I used to sync with my OS9
  G4.

I'm really just looking at a one-time dump of the info on the Newt, then
I'll wipe it back to factory and sell.

Any suggestions?
