[NTLK] Einstein for WIndow 2007.7.3 uploaded

Hi friends,

I uploaded a slightly better version of Newton for Windows. This on
fixes the text selection issue, is a bit more flexible when loading
ROMs, and does a pretty good fullscreen mode.

I am out of town for a week, so I won't be able to help until Monday
in a week.
