This is the problem with every attempt to avoid the painfully obvious -- all
of them, even (especially?) Jobs himself, seem really to wish, very very
hard, to pretend the Newton never existed. So they keep trying to re-invent
the wheel -- and they end up giving us square ones, hexagonal ones, ones
with little knobs and ones with big knobs, everything except wheels that
actually are wheel-like.

And everytime I think what the Newton could be now if they'd just stop
messing around, I want to holler at them all, "Stop this! Just give me a
2007-model Newton!"
