[NTLK] 3Com Megahertz LAN Card 3CXE589DT and 61001 Error

Does anyone have this card working? I have ready the old threads and
FAQ indicating that it works with the 2100 and eMate, but have been
unable to resolve a 61001 error when connecting to Mail V or the Dock.

I have a Lucent Wireless card working on the device without incident.

I have the following loaded on the Newton:

Newton Internet Enabler 2.0
Newton Devices
NIE Ethernet
Internet Setup 2.0
Farallon ENet
z3comdrv:clli (3comaddon)
3c589.pkg

I believe I am loading the files in the correct order. I have tried
both the internal and removable memory card stores.

I have deleted and recreated the Internet Setup.

Any suggestions?
