[NTLK] Error 16

In my latest project, trying to learn soups, I have an application that
writes a record to a soup. Then when I restart the application to read that
record back I'm getting:
        evt.ex.fr.store
        Error 16

I have searched and searched and cannot find any reference to an error that
is not in the negative thousands. Does anyone know what this error means?
