You click the link on that page and it installs a tinyurl button on your
browser toolbar. From then on, when you're at a page with a long url, you
click the toolbar button, and get a 25 character "alias" for the url that
works everywhere.
E.g., your link above becomes
http://tinyurl.com/ytpn5n
We'd have to embed that a long way in to stop it.
