[NTLK] NTK ads, boxes, CDs, etc.

Sorry if this is a dupe, but I have ot seen my original message on
the list.

I am looking for all information related to the Newton NTK that is
not already available as pdf's, for example, how was the NTK shipped
back then (it was a quite expensive application once, so it must have
had a box, right?). Was it advertised? Did the CD have a print on it?

I'd love to see photos of the original box, maybe even a scan.
Whatever you have, I am really curious.
