I believe Avi's notepad area picks up the default font as set in the Notes
app. You can set that default Font by opening notes and then opening Styles
pallet (I recommend Styles+) . Without the caret being active nor any text
selected, choose the font and size. That font should now be set as default
for your notes and for Avi's.
