[NTLK] Equate 2.0 Availability

folks,

does anyone have a copy of equate 2.0 available? walletware is no longer interested
in providing a copy, and UNNA doesn't have it either (although an older demo is
there). i noticed in the archives
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=newtontalk&m=107010991826279&w=2) that a previous
poster had found a web site with a ton of packages -- equate 2.0 among them. anyone
have any advice here?
