Hi Sonny,

thanks for trying to find the EMail. I have read the pages and they
do seem to have a lot of trouble shooting actioans there, probably
including the one that the OP mentioned ("new" HP Printer support).
They also offer a work around.

OP, have you tried the work-around yet?
