[NTLK] Filepad: Windows utilities

I checked the Filepad help system and got this:

"No cabinet entries displayed

If you notice that no FilePad Cabinet entries are displayed in a listbox, either
the SOUP.FMT file does not exist, or
you have not yet used the Utilities, Build Format menu option to build a FilePad
Cabinet format."

Perhaps you have to connect to the Newton first and do the "build format"
procedure first.
