[NTLK] NewtonWorld 'magazine'

folks,

i have a ton of old macworlds and macusers from 1984 until 1999, and among them are
two issues of macworld which have a 'newtonworld' insert toward the end of the
magazine. how many 'issues' of this insert were there? just the two? i'd be happy
to scan them as PDFs for those who'd like a copy, but am curious as to how many
there really were and if they were only printed in macworld or also in other
publications.
