The easiest way to do it is a brainwipe. You can also do
it (I think) with the teacher setup, but this usually
requires a password which you might not know. Brainwipe
an eMate as follows:

1) Press the power key and keep it down
2) Press the reset button at the bottom for a second
3) Release the reset button
4) When the confirmation dialog appears, release the
   power key and confirm two times.
