[NTLK] Stowaway Help

Hi all.

I recently picked up a Palm Stowaway and Newtway adapter and can't
seem to get it up and running with Daniel's driver. When I get it all
connected, a "1" is inserted at the caret, but then I can't enter any
text.

Could someone please give me a step-by-step for making this thing work
with the Newt, just so I know I'm not leaving out some crucial step
like "hold mouth like this...."?
