There is an .MP3-to-.PKG conversion utility, available for Windows PC users.
It is kind of finicky, but it generally works well with .MP3 files not exceeding 2 meg.
Also, the .MP3 files should have a low bit rate (like 32 bits or so). If you exceed that, it likely will not work.
I wrote a little eBook that describes some of the problems that one might encounter. It is available in the library archives. You might have to dig a bit...
