[NTLK] Installing packages via wifi

Hello, i have now a working wifi connection on my newton 2100 now
sync packages using newtsync works great.
But i continue installing packages using irda and a old powerbook
whit os9 package installer.
I look at the wik also at the archives but i can-t find any "working
solution".
Simply want to now how to install packages using tcp/ip.
