Hi John,

Everyone has their right to their own opinions.
However IMO 'ANYONE' who posts to sell stuff here on NTLK has to take their
lumps when it comes to complaints that are publicly responded to here. If
Ferdi doesn't like it he can stop posting pure and simple. This includes me
and everyone else.... especially those doing business for profit.

I personally don't like him and his practices - this of course is due to
personal interactions in the past. I would purchase something from him but
have avoided any purchases even if the products are no longer available
elsewhere as I don't want to support a person who business practices I don't
agree with. These are the items others have pointed out as questionable. He
has packaged the wording is such a way that no matter how you purchase it if
you win it cheap or use Buy It Now you have to pay a particular minimum he
demands for his product(s) which in some peoples opinions regarding shipping
is overcharging.

But even though I feel this way I still do advise those who have asked me
about products which they are interested in and do refer them to him on
occasion if he's the one with them. I'm here to help the Newton Community,
but I do warn them to be careful as there have been issues in the past and
there are still some questions about his practices. But IF the buyer is
willing to pay Ferdi's price then it's up to the buyer in the end...

I would ask that you (Ferdi) keep your trap quiet. The more complaints from
you just brings more complaints about you which clogs the bandwidth which I
am so tired of ... post your for sale items and leave it at that...

Thanks everyone for bearing with me here. Now back to the regular
