Hello Wes:
It would be helpful to provide more information. I don't know what you mean when you state that you've downloaded "a few sounds".
* If you downloaded .MP3 files that were converted with the .MP3-to-.PKG utility, you will need to download and use Eckhart's MadNewton player.
* If you downloaded stand-alone .PKG sound icon files (such as the Simpsons or Star Trek sounds), they should play when you activate them.Just place them into a new folder, where you can readily access them, or, leve them in your Unfiled icons folder.
* Certain .MOD sound files can be downloaded and played with the Newton -specific ModPlayer application.
* Technically, there are a few other variants of sound files that can be *kluged* onto and off of the Newton, but the above three are the most common.

program, where would I find a copy? Thanks, WES
