Hmm did you try Dateman? http://www.standalone.com/newtonos/index.shtml
 Or Moreinfo? http://www.silverware.com/MoreInfo.shtml These should
list appointments, or todos like you want. Also they can link them to
notes which you can get to in a tap of a icon next to the appointment in
question. Either of these can also manage those links by breaking them
or changing them at will.
