[NTLK] new to newton...

Sorry in advance for my lack of knowledge about the Newton. I have a couple
of questions.
1. Can I use a Newton if I don't presently have a Mac. I know I can"use" it
but can it share info with a PC?

2. I'd like a 2000 or 2100, where can I get one for a reasonable price
besides ebay? I'm in the US.
