I just picked up a Lucent WaveLAN and it works flawlessly. I think
there are several to work but the Lucent WaveLAN cards appear to be
sure bets and there's usually many of them available on eBay for a
decent price.
A full list is on the site for the author of the newton drivers:

Good luck, it's a blast when it works, mine fired up straight away
and was no harder to configure than a PC (easier actually).
