[NTLK] Newb seeks to send text to Notes on Newton

Sorry to ask what might seem like an obvious question

I am able to sync my Newton using NewtSync - all fine and good there,
what I am not able to manage is sending a text file from my Mac to
the Newton. The sync seems to be one way.

Any suggestions would be really welcomed.
