[NTLK] [ADMIN] Apologies for the list outage

As you probably noticed, the mailing list experienced an outage
between Thursday, November 1 and Saturday, November 3. This was due
to some unforeseen issues that cropped up after performing some
maintenance on the server.

Unfortunately, all messages sent to the list during this period were
not delivered or retained by the server. In other words, those
messages are gone. Lost to the ether. Poof.

If you sent a message during this period, you will need to resend it.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
