[NTLK] HD to XD card adapter, ATA driver

This is the one I used. I found instructions (besides these) out on (I
think) low-end-mac.

So cheap, and these guys have pretty good instructions, plus they
answered anything I asked.

And PAUL, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! for making the ATA dirver
available to us! That is just awesome!

I have a bunch of cow orkers who love my Newt, and the envy level went
way up when they saw the XD cards, More storage than many have on
their "current" PDAs.
