[NTLK] LPR Diver Problems

In trying to set up printing over wifi, using the LPR Driver I encounter the same problem - namely the error message 'Newton cannot print'. I have entered the printer name 'hp deskjet 3320', the server '172.16.1.1' (the printer is conncted to the AirPort Extreme Base Station), and the queue 'lp' and checked the box to spool the job before printing.
Any advice from someone who's successfully printing over wifi using this would be much appreciated.
