[NTLK] RES: RES: Flash memory cards

I believe that we need a software to perform on a COM, making it "act" as
the Newton memory, with Newton Soup. So the NCU will "look" to this port as
the same as to Newton. I am not a software engineer. I don't know if it is
impossible, but I saw it in many MSX emulators.

The Newton's file system is different enough from a Desktop PC's that
it's not really feasible to make it mount as a file system. However,
this suggestion is probably the most realistic. For example, if NCX
could talk directly to the card to perform/restore full backups,
that'd be ideal.
