[NTLK] Sudden eMate problem

Last night my eMate was working just fine, this morning I can't get it to turn on at all--as in, nothing appears on the screen, pressing the power button has no result, it's plugged in and the charging light is on, but no life on screen. I don't *think* it's a hinge/display cable problem as the opening action is still smooth and easy, although I could certainly be wrong about that and am willing to take it apart and check...just wondered if there might be another possible explanation I'm not aware of.
Any help appreciated!
