Emates and 2100's, and 120.
I have had an eMate since they started and it is my main computer, I find it does everything I need. I travel a lot and it is very portable. For the dodgier journeys I take a 2100, and I constanly save onto cards and move stuff from one to the other, just in case of disaster. I have never managed to get email to work consistently, so have abandoned that, and that is a nuisance, but apart from that it does the computer jobs I need nicely and I must have done a dozen books or so on the eMate. I don't use handwriting, so even on the 2100's I use a keyboard.
I am afraid I am a very boring user, I am perfectly happy with the standard Newton functions and have not imported any of the wonderful software for doing complicated things, and I also don't understand much of the writing on Newtontalk, which does not mean I do not read it. I have enough machines now to last me until I stop lasting, I hope, and my only need now is for something to take with me on my travels that could do the internet and link up with the Newton.
