This was the first official Sharp release version.
Before this there was a Prototype version similar in vein to the NotePad for
the original OMP.
There early version did not have the name/logo in the same manner as this
version you posted...
Right after this there was a PI-7100 which was similar to the MP100.
It's a nice unit... but there was an example which included the entire box
on eBay last year IIRC...
