3KB/s ?! Can you tell I was in a dream when I wrote this?

Here are some real figures:

Beaming from my eMate's Internal flash to my 2100's Linear Flash, 409K took 248 seconds = 1.68KB/s

Beaming from my 2100's Linear Flash to an ATA Partition on the eMate, 409K took 630 seconds (10 minutes 30 Seconds!) = 0.65KB/s.

Forget Beaming for large transfers... Just put everything on the ATA card and move it between your Newtons... it would be much faster.
