I live in Barcelona, Spain, where in winter we seldom reach temperatures
below 6 ēC and in Summer we usually stay in a comfortable 28-30ēC.
I've went to Quebec a couple years ago in Summer and it seemed to me a bit
cold ;)
Anyway, jokes apart, the question remains. Could be more precise? I'm
planning to go to Canada on August 2008, but I can probably accomodate the
dates to go to the conference.
