If you could get another card the same size you could try to use a computer to copy the data to the new card. You'd have to find a very low level copy utility that doesn't care about formarts and just copies the card bit for bit. That's assuming it can actually read the whole card. I think Linux, BSD, unix, OSX, etc have a low level command line copy like that called DD for making disk images regardless of format and writing said images back to media. You'd have to do some research on how to use it though cause I just remember following directions to write out 3.5in slackware linux disk a long time ago. You can probably find a gui osx utility to do a low level copy like that too, try versiontracker.com or Macupdate.com. Carbon copy cloner may do it too. Hope that gives you some ideas.
