[NTLK] Emate 300 refuses to turn on.

My emate 300 has been on the fritz. I recently replaced the battery/repaired
the hinge. It worked fine for a while. But now, even on a full charge, It'll
rarely turn on. When it does it says that it restarted because power was
removed. This happened more and more often, and now it'll almost never turn
on at all. Anyone know what causes this? Is this common?
