yea that is where i bought mine from (the one for
$37), it is actually in very good condition (minus a
few ware marks on the screen, but they don't interfere
with the screen). haven't had a single issue with it,
altho it comes with no accessories (like power supply,
battery, stylus, screen lid or interconnect cable) i
bought a power supply and PC interconnect cable for it
as well when i bought it.

i have been happy with it ever since.
