Or just be careful what you put internally. I have an Emate that I
periodically run Email, browsing and NPDS in via an Ethernet card. All of
this without the internal memory board either. Why? You ask. Because my
Emate is my development machine so I do strange things in it that you would
not normally do in your main Newton.

on the eMate 300 you need to then get the memory upgrade board which fits in
the slot next to the ROM Board in the eMate.
then the Ethernet/WiFi Card would go in the free PCMCIA Slot..
