It has a database of characters. Then you set the rolls you want by line,
ten lines per page, four pages. To use in a game, select the character you
want, the pages are loaded. I typically have page one for melee attack and
damage, page two for ranged attack and damage, page three for my primary
skills, and page four for savings throws and skills. There is a page five
which is just basic D3 thru D100 rolls. But you can set up say D20 +2 for
initiative, D20 +5 for attack rolls, 1D8 +6 for damage etc. Each line can be
labeled. There is a text box along the side that records all your rolls so
you can look back if needed.

Well, count me as #3 (see .sig URL for more info). Though the last
time I used my Newton in a game was when running Castle Falkenstein
in 2001. At that time I did everything with it, using Notes outline
stationery for both adventure notes and NPC records, plus the
excellent Babbage Feat Engine package to speed task resolution.

How is it different from DD_Dice?
