It's a utility for quickly resolving Castle Falkenstein "dramatic
feats", written by St. John Morrison quite a long time ago. You put
in the difficulty level of the feat in question, the character's
attribute, and any cards played, and out comes the result (total
success, success, partial success, failure, total failure).
