Can we try once more to convince developers to release their Newton
software if they have not done so? I know that is has been tried
before, but particularly in the case of "lost source code" it would be
wonderful if we could get permission to unlock programs. I know that a
handful of people on this list are able to remove locks, but would not
publish unlocked software without permission by the owner.

Maybe there is someone here close to an attorney who could set up a
simple release form?
