[NTLK] Manybooks.net NewtonBook Format

Recently somebody noted that Manybooks.net dropped the NewtonBook
format. I emailed Matthew over at Manyboolks, a repository of public
domain literature available in many different downloadable formats. As
you can see below, he reinstated the feature.

So go build some books for your Newton so he keeps the feature going:
it is a very handy way to build Paperback format NewtonBooks that you
can then take along. The site has tons of titles.
