Welcome to the fold!
Thanks to NCX, they're both fine for everyday use, so most folks use
OSX to stay as up-to-date as possible in other respects.
From what I've heard, tho, OS9 (or older Windows versions) is the
best way to go for programing, making Newton books, etc.

I'm trying to decide whether to go with the NCX
utility for OSX or partition my HD on the G4 and add OS 9. What's the
better OS for working with the Newton, OS 9 or OSX (or another)? thanks
