I think it's worth it. I also think it's worth listing Newt browser (and
which browser) friendly sites. I just read somewhere that NPR has an
all-text version of their site, for example.
Hmm. I smell something that should be (1) on a Wiki or (2) in a custom
database with a web front end....

I just came back from unsuccessfully trying to access a WiFi hotspot
with my Newt.
What sorts of places have you all managed to get online using your
Newts? Josh's story inspired me to try out as many as I can.
What about compling a list of Newton-friendly hotspots everyone's
used? I realize a list like this could be vast and cover many countries...
Too ambitious? What do you all think?
