Momail has been suggested in the past but it doesn't operate in my neck of the
woods; check out the newtontalk archived recommendation on it (from Padilla?)

What's the timetable for restoring the Newted.org facility?

You'll want to research other non-SSL POP & SMTP services available (usually for
a fee) to set up your Newton for Mail V.
