[NTLK] RemoteCam on the Newton

I saw an interesting photo in the Flickr Newton Pool:

A child created an imaginary security system using a dead eMate and a
Connectix QuickCam. This brought back memories of RemoteCam, an
experimental Mac application and Newton package that allowed a Newton
to stream video via serial or TCP/IP from a Mac with a QuickCam. I
dusted off a PowerBook 3400c and a Connectix Color QuickCam and got my
MessagePad streaming video from the Mac!

(BTW, this software is not available on UNNA. Grant, I know you goofed
with it at some point; could it be included on UNNA?)
