What version of Windows are you using? Has it worked in the past? Are you
using Slowdown?



Recently, I have not been able to backup my Newton using NCU on Windows.
Connection to NCU is established, but when I click “Backup” it starts and
then says “Disconnecting…” followed by error alert “The connection was
stopped because of a communication error. (-1)”
Please advise...
