[NTLK] Dumping packages with Sloup

Hi,
Sloup's documentation says it can be used to dump (and install?) packages. While the following (according to the Notes2Notes documentation)

Package
{}
DUMP!

should dump the names of the packages installed, it is not clear how to dump the packages themselves. Is that even possible?
