[NTLK] MailV Authentication error

Greetings all,
        Long time no post - so I decided to fire up the ol' 2000U and  
wireless to post but encountered the following error message:
"NM2 NO Authentication failed"
        I've got MailV installed.  I know my internet connection  
itself works because I was able to load up web pages using NewtsCape.
        Any help you can provide is much appreciated.
